BookaChat website updated

August 24th, 2007

We have just launched the newly designed website with a new look and feel and plenty of new features. One of the most obvious new features is that tutors and students can now upload their own photo. We hope that this will help to personalise the website a bit more. We have also added a new public tutor search so that visitors to the website can search for tutors before signing up. Tutors are shown in the order that they last logged in so the more often you log in the more likely you are to be at the top or the search results.

The development team are working hard on a range of exciting new features that are sure to make BookaChat.com the most dynamic online language website on the Internet.

The marketing department are launching a new advertising campaign this week to attract greater numbers of students to BookaChat. So keep an eye out for booking request emails in your inbox!

We really want your feedback on what features you would like to see added and how you would like to see the site improved.

Welcome to the first BookaChat blog post. BookaChat development, which has been underway for a few months now, is nearly finished. We are in the middle of testing at the moment and hopefully we will be able to give the go ahead to public release next week. … I think it’s going to be a long weekend :-)
